What is price of shipping?

Spend over $50 and receive free regular shipping within Australia.

If you need Prota in a hurry, add express shipping for a flat rate of $5 AUD (Australia Only).

REST OF WORLD SHIPPING:

We charge a flat rate of AUD$25.00

Due to the current pandemic and international border closures, delivery times are taking longer than usual as planes in and out of Australia are very limited. This is something beyond our control so we are unable to estimate delivery times on international orders currently.

Please be aware that any local duties or import fees incurred on orders will be at the buyers expense. Prota are not responsible for paying local duties and import taxes on shipped orders. We recommend you check with your local customs authorities to be certain about any additional fees you may incur.

We are unable to ship to certain countries due to import restrictions and border closures. It's up to the end consumer to check with local regulations and import status. 

How long will my order take to ship?

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We use Star Track Express which takes approximately two to four business days to deliver to capital cities. 

Please note this does not apply to weekend orders as well as peak sale periods and peak holiday seasons. Orders may be delayed by up to 48 hours during these busy periods.

Delivery timeframes can vary over the public holiday periods due to overwhelming demand on postal services. Please expect delays on estimated delivery times and customer service response from delivery providers. Thank you for your consideration.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

No, sorry Startrack cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, so please supply an alternate address

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information that you can then track your order through.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@protaskin.com  and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.

Due to hygiene reasons we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

A refund will only be accepted if a product is faulty. If you have received a product to be incorrect, damaged or faulty, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please contact our customer care team at hello@protaskin.com and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
